2023 LOCATION: Olympia High School (Ingersoll Stadium)

It would be very helpful to expedite the registration process to pre-register for the 2023 series, and then you will have an assigned bib number at registration (no need to pre-register at future meets if you bring this bib number to any more Olympia all-comers meets). If you are bringing a large team and would like to pay for the entry fee as a team and pick up bib numbers in a packet, please email runner@runoly.com.

Try to bring cash for $10 entry for up to four events (checks payable to "Olympia ASB"). There is a maximum $20 charge for immediate family members, so bring the whole family and run at least a relay. You may also purchase a bib number to be used at all five meets ($30 individual or $60 for a family). All ages are welcome to compete; in laned running events athletes will be seeded based on age/genders. For more information contact runner@runoly.com

We are planning to publish all results in athletic.net by the Friday following the meet. Note: to have your results published with your athletic.net team profile, your team does need to be registered for the meet in athletic.net and this needs to align with the team you select when you register for the meet.

7:10 p.m. 50m Dash (8 & under + Masters)

7:25 p.m. 400m

7:45 p.m. 800m

8:00 p.m. 4x100m Relay

8:15 p.m. Distance Run of the Week:

3200m (6/8, 6/15, 6/22)

3000m (6/1, 6/29) -- Run in conjunction with 5k

5000m (6/1, 6/29)

10000m (6/15 after 4x400m relay)

8:30 p.m. 4x400m Relay (4x800m relay or DMR if there is interest -- email runner@runoly.com prior to meet)
